Each apartment contains all the necessities to make Majestic Mansions your home away from home. They have a fully equipped kitchen, separate lounge and access to a complimentary shared laundry. Our apartments provide guests with more space than a hotel room can provide and gives guests the choice and freedom to stay in or dine out.

Local amenities
We are a stones throw away from everything that St Clair has to offer - the beach, fantastic cafes and restaurants, design shops and playground - all that you may need and want during your stay with us. Don’t miss Long Dog café and The Esplanade, right on the beach front. And do try Salt, less than a minute from our entrance door, for an ‘after work’ drink or dinner.
We have free off-street parking under the Majestic Mansions and all street parking is free in and around St Clair. The city centre is a 10 minute taxi or Uber ride away. We also have a bus stop right out front that travel all around Dunedin.

“I like that there was so much room within the apartment. Was nice to have living, cooking and sleeping area's fully separated as this is quite rare. There was no noise to be heard from the other units, which was wonderful! The whole apartment was very nicely thought out, from specific towels being present to the dry bathroom floor, the variety of cooking utensils available as well. Everything felt very needed and I never felt something was lacking within the apartment that I wished was there. It was a great location, with many great cafes in the area.”
